Marketing Panel

Fernando Zilli is a leading mortgage broker with Tribeca Mortgages and the Modern Mortgage Group and has earned notable recognition in the Canadian mortgage industry. In the 2023/2024 Canadian Mortgage Professionals (CMP) Top 75 Brokers list, Fernando achieved an impressive 42nd place out of brokers across the nation. This accolade is particularly remarkable given that Fernando specializes in the Victoria market, competing against top brokers in larger markets like Vancouver and Toronto.

Fernando’s remarkable ranking is a testament to his exceptional performance in a challenging market environment. Despite the complexities of today’s mortgage landscape, his dedication and expertise have enabled him to consistently deliver outstanding results, setting him apart in a highly competitive field.

Outside of his professional achievements, Fernando is an avid golfer and a passionate real estate investor. He also has a love for Formula 1, often traveling around the globe to attend these races, most notably, The Belgium GP in 2023 and Hungarian GP in 2024. While he has retired from playing soccer, the sport remains close to his heart, and he continues to be involved in organizing and managing his men’s league Team, Hellas FC.

Known for his authentic and engaging sales style, Fernando combines professionalism with a personal touch. He takes pride in being genuine, even if it means incorporating the occasional colorful expression into his interactions. This unique approach has not only contributed to his success but has also earned him respect and admiration from clients and peers alike.

Nolan jumped into mortgage lending back in 2006 and learned quickly how to think and manage his business prudently, foster and maintain key relationships all while growing his network. In January of 2016, Nolan launched his own brokerage: Oceanvale Mortgage & Finance. Harbouring everything bestowed upon him by the people that surrounded him on his journey through the mortgage business, the vision he crafted for his own business took flight. Partnered with TMG, The Mortgage Group Canada, Nolan found the balance between a locally owned and operated mortgage brokerage, with the access and network of a national conglomerate.

Nolan spent a few years sitting on a national board for Mortgage Professionals Canada which boasts 12,000+ members Canada wide, as well as some time sitting on a loan committee for Community Futures to help adjudicate small business loans. He is currently dual licensed to advise on mortgages as well as life insurance, disability, and critical illness coverage. Nolan is as a multiple consecutive year TMG Summit performer and has recently been recognized as a national top 5% broker.

Kari began her career as a licensed assistant in 2019 but quickly realized her passion for becoming a mortgage broker. When she’s not working from her home office, Kari enjoys exploring trails with her partner and their dog, Birdie. For Kari, it’s all about turning homeownership dreams into reality.
