Mortgage brokers are sometimes described as ‘gatekeepers’ of mortgage transactions. As such, they are required to be diligent in recognizing and not becoming involved in mortgage fraud. What kind of ‘helpful’ mortgage brokering practices are in fact fraudulent? What are some of the telltales of fraud? How diligent do you have to have been to meet required regulatory and legal standards of care? What are your options and requirements once you have detected fraud?

Join our speaker Tony Spagnuolo in this interactive online session as we delve into discovering practical strategies and best practices to identify, prevent, and mitigate mortgage fraud, as well as learn about regulations and compliance requirements aimed at combating mortgage fraud.
