Mortgage law provides the ‘rules of the game’ for all brokers to follow. Knowing the law allows a broker to better service clients and protect themselves by fully exploring options and meeting obligations. Not knowing this law can result in the broker unknowingly missing business opportunities and taking unnecessary risks.

However, staying on top of the ever-evolving law can be challenging. The results of court cases constantly tweak the applicable law and on occasion may even substantially alter it.

Join CMBA-BC and our distinguished expert, Tim Lack, to help you stay informed about some recent changes that can affect your mortgage business.
