J.P. Boutros

J.P. Boutros began his professional career working in management and promotion of Formula 1 auto racing (yes, that F1). J.P. has been involved in politics at all levels of Canadian government for his adult life, most notably as a noted Senior Advisor at the City of Toronto.

J.P. is proud to have elevated mortgage brokering’s national profile as MPC’s Director of Government Relations, a role which merged his dual passions of real estate and politics. Since resigning from MPC before new leadership took over in 2022, J.P. has been crafting strategy and messaging with CMBA National as well as other respected and prominent housing-related entities.

Tricia McIntosh

Tricia is a Licensed Mortgage Broker in BC and Alberta and has operated her business from Vancouver Island for over 12 years. Over the last three years, Tricia has developed and guided a team of exceptional brokers within The Place to Mortgage franchise. Today, that team has grown to 16 brokers operating all over BC, bringing diverse experience, passions, and expertise, all of which help in their shared pursuit of excellence in the Mortgage Industry.

Tricia’s passion lies in assisting first-time home buyers and supporting Canadian Defense Communities.  She is also devoted to mentoring and supporting new and experienced brokers in their journey through the dynamic environment of the Mortgage Industry.

Jason Chapman

Jason has been providing mortgage services on both the lender and broker side of the industry for over 20 years.  He helped lead a team of Underwriters dedicated to the broker channel at a small credit union for 9 years.

Jason also has a background in Financial Planning and uses this experience to provide wholistic advice for his clients. He made his move to become a Mortgage Broker in 2016 and has consistently become a top-producer with Mortgage Alliance.

Janette Roch

Introducing Janette Roch, a seasoned mortgage professional with over two decades of diverse experience, here to share her insights with you. From brokering to franchise ownership, development, and mentorship, Janette’s extensive career speaks volumes. Currently affiliated with DLC Bluetree Mortgages West, Janette now operates from her tranquil riverside residence in Lake Cowichan.

Janette’s business is a balanced blend of A and B, but her true strength lies in simplifying the complexities, and in the last few years has found herself specializing in credit repair.  Her approach isn’t about bombarding clients with an overwhelming array of options. Instead, it’s about walking alongside them, understanding their challenges without judgment, and ensuring they feel empowered throughout the process.
