The panel discussion will focus on the challenges faced in our booming community, where thousands of new arrivals come each year with hopes of home ownership. These same individuals and families are increasingly finding themselves struggling to qualify in the B-20 era.

SUNNY SARAI

Sunny Sarai bringing’s over 12 years of expertise in the mortgage industry. His background is built on consumer direct & broker direct dealings via credit unions, private lending and mortgage brokerage experience. Sunny helped launch Pacific Northwest Mortgage Corporation from its inception, as Vice President of Operations. He now has helped them convert over to Matrixx Financial as a Director.

Sunny’s experience includes specializing in the private mortgage sector, during his time with Plan B mortgage services of DLC head office, Sunny supported DLC brokers, all over Canada, place their private deals with private mortgage lenders/investors. He worked with clients with bruised credit, clients in consumer proposal, even in bankruptcy.

Previous to brokering ,Sunny worked for both Vancity and Envision credit unions, learning about mortgage financing and helping his book of clients achieve their financial goals.
