ABOUT THIS COURSE:

Whether you are a Broker, Manager or a Designated Individual, it is important to know how to manage a team. Our Management course teaches you the essentials of taking that next step, understanding some of the regulatory requirements, and practical advice from those at the top who know how to manage a successful team.

This course is for you if you want to become a manager, have recently become a leader, or just want to take your skills to the next level. Topics covered include management responsibilities, the IRIS portal, effective leadership, disclosure and conduct requirements, and more.

Note: The course material is divided into two morning sessions, delivered via an interactive online learning platform. Participants must attend both sessions in order to receive their Management Essentials (DI) Course completion certificate.
