We’re excited to offer an upcoming 90-minute interactive workshop designed specifically for mortgage brokers who want clarity, structure, and a more sustainable way to run their business.
The Confident Broker Business Plan is a condensed, hands-on session led by Renee Stribbell, veteran mortgage broker and business coach with over 25 years of industry experience. Brokers will be guided through the core elements of a clear, focused business plan and provided with a condensed planning workbook to complete during the session.
This workshop is ideal for brokers who feel overwhelmed, reactive, or unsure where to focus their energy — and want a practical plan they can implement immediately.
In this 90-minute session, brokers will:
- Clarify their business priorities and direction
- Identify their ideal client and referral focus
- Learn how to plan revenue intentionally
- Learn how to simplify workflows and reduce overwhelm
- Create a focused 90-day action plan
This is not a lecture, it’s an interactive, practical planning experience designed to help brokers move forward with confidence.
