Juliana Mason

Juliana Mason leads a dynamic team of women in the mortgage industry, where she brings her passion for teaching, problem-solving, and underwriting excellence to every aspect of her work. With a background as a respiratory therapist, she comes from a place of caregiving and compassion, which continues to shape her approach to clients, colleagues, and students alike. With extensive knowledge in underwriting, Juliana is known for navigating and solving a wide variety of complex files. Her smart, brave, and authentic leadership empowers her team of women to thrive and succeed, while she shares her expertise and experience with the next generation of mortgage professionals.

Julie Sheremeto

Julie Sheremeto is a high school math teacher turned mortgage broker! Raised in Mississauga, Ont., she completed her B.Sc. in Atmospheric Science at York University. A move to Ottawa for her B.Ed. quickly turned to 14 years of running a small business and teaching high school mathematics. In 2017, Julie completed the Masters in Mathematics for Teachers (MMT) program at the University of Waterloo. Soon after, she moved to Kelowna, where she began her career in mortgage brokering. She is licensed in both BC and Ontario.
