Building on the momentum from our Conference & Trade Show, this follow-up online session brings back Dr. Robyne Hanley-Dafoe and Dr. Greg Wells to continue the conversation on resilience, performance, and sustainable success.

Designed as an extension of the in-person Incubator Workshop, this virtual session will revisit key frameworks and provide additional guidance to help mortgage professionals apply what they’ve learned during the industry’s most demanding months. Participants will have the opportunity to refine their personalized strategies, address real-time challenges, and reinforce habits that support focus, energy, and consistency.

Tailored for brokers navigating rapid growth, shifting markets, and high-pressure timelines, this session continues to focus on what can be controlled, helping attendees stay grounded and effective as demands peak.

With a strong emphasis on practical application, this follow-up session ensures that insights from the conference are not only retained but actively implemented, supporting both business performance and personal well-being.
