Understanding and Preventing Burnout

According to Health Canada, mental health is an essential part of an individual’s overall health and survival. The Canadian Mental Health Association explains that mental health is about maintaining balance in all aspects of life. When this balance is lost, it can lead to both physical and mental health challenges. Unfortunately, mental illness is often misunderstood, with various taboos and prejudices surrounding the topic. This session will offer a preventive educational approach aimed at raising awareness and reducing the negative impacts of burnout.

In collaboration with FCT and Dialogue, this session will provide practical tools to help you recognize the signs of burnout, create balance, and foster resilience in your personal and professional life. Don’t miss this opportunity to prioritize your health and thrive!

Date: December 16th, 2024
