Rob Mark
Rob has been in I.T. and I.T. Security for 17 years. He has experience in all levels of I.T. from basic hardware assembly and repair to threat response and remediation. Rob started working with Brokers and Real-Estate related clientele in 2010 and saw an immediate need for security and technology reforms in the industry.
He has pushed for tighter broker controls and tighter I.T. security ever since, helping individual brokers and firms to better protect their client’s data. When he’s not behind a desk, reviewing security logs and client update status, he’s playing LEGO with his 3-year-old daughter and 5-year-old son.

Dustan Woodhouse is perhaps best known for authoring the “Be The Better Broker” book series.
During his decade in brokering, Dustan ranked in the top 20 brokers nationwide for seven years running and exceeded $100 million annual production with a staff of just one. He won the national ‘Broker Of The Year’ title in 2017 before moving to a coaching/training role in 2018. He embraced the role of President of Mortgage Architects from 2019 – 2024, overseeing the brand’s growth from 1,300 to 2,000+ agents.
Today Dustan is an industry consultant, broker-coach, speaker, and podcast host.
