From there, we’ll shift into practical application: exploring how brokers can use AI and automation to streamline workflows, improve client communication, reduce administrative load, and strengthen follow-up systems.
The goal isn’t to replace the trusted advisor model. It’s to remove friction and free up time so brokers can focus on what matters most: relationships, strategy, and closing deals.
Designed specifically for working mortgage professionals, this session will offer realistic examples, clear frameworks, and immediate next steps.
Rob Cupello is a marketing strategist and AI advisor who helps businesses figure out what actually matters and what’s just noise. With over 20 years of experience working with small businesses, professional services, and leadership teams, Rob focuses on using AI and automation to improve workflows, client experience, and decision-making – not replace human relationships.
He spends most of his time helping organizations move from “AI curiosity” to practical implementation, translating complex technology into simple, real-world use cases. When he’s not speaking or consulting, Rob is usually testing new AI tools, running workshops, or explaining to business owners why strategy should always come before tactics.
