Call for Nominations

There are six seats open for election this year. Up to one seat can be filled by an Individual Non-Voting Associate Member.

We welcome and encourage eligible members to apply to be nominated as a candidate for the CMBA-BC Board of Directors Election. For those who wish to join the Board, details about the nominations process and how to submit a nomination application are found in the Candidate Package.

Individuals who meet the nominating criteria are asked to complete the Nomination Form and submit it by email to: elections@cmbabc.ca on or before Sunday, March 30, 2025 before 11:59 PM, PT.

The Nomination Form must be accompanied by:

• A statement of Intent (up to 250 words), and
• A short biography (up to 250 words) and current photograph/headshot (medium to large resolution).

Timeline for 2025 Board Nominations and Election:
• Nominations Period: February 24 – March 30, 2025, 11:59 PM PT
• Electronic Voting: May 5 – 16, 2025
• Election Results: June 10, 2025 at the AGM
